Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

Returns Policy

1. Your Right to Cancel

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of cancellation

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened supplements unless faulty.

4. Refunds
