This multi-strain live culture combination has been specifically manufactured to be heat-resistant and, as such, does not require refrigeration, which makes it perfect for travel. It is also micro-encapsulated for acid-resistance and is able to withstand stomach acid, helping the live bacteria to reach the colon alive and in optimal condition and therefore able to colonise in the digestive tract.

| USAGE | If Multi-Strain High ProBio is taken alone (as opposed to in combination with other digestion support supplements), start off with a higher intake of 3 – 4 capsules, split up throughout the day with food for 2 – 4 weeks. Thereafter, intake to be reduced to 1 capsule, 1 to 3 times per day before meals or as advised. Best results are achieved when Multi-Flora ProBio is taken continuously for 2 – 3 months, together with improved eating habits. Does not require refrigeration.
